SPORTS CONDITIONING AND TRAINING THROUGH DANCE…

Calling all “ballers!” Whether you play football, basketball, or just enjoy sports, we have a special class coming to MNR Dance Factory that’s tailored just for you! “GAME ON DANCE-LETICS” is geared to juniors 6-11 and seniors 11-16 who are interested in developing their athletic skills across all sports. Using a youth tailored, strength training circuit workout combined with a fast pace, Hip Hop Dance cardio session that is guaranteed to get your young one moving.

 

Who should sign up?

Grade-school boys and girls ages 6 to 16 who participate (or aspire to participate) in athletics or just love to dance and have fun with other like minded kids.
