Improves overall fitness, endurance, flexibility, quickness, balance and athletic ability, while at the same time having a blast learning the latest dance moves and increasing self confidence. Geared to grade-school boys and girls ages 6 to 16 who participate (or aspire to participate) in athletics, as well as, all boys and girls that just love to dance and have fun with other like minded kids. Taught by professional dancer and college-level basketball player Spencer Ralston and seasoned professional coach and collegiate-level football player and professional youth athletics coach Shawn Costa.
